We see it all the time, too. When you skip over the employees, you have no chance to make an authentic brand because they have no clue how to live out the brand.</description>

		<description>Bill, I feel that organizational communications are sadly lacking in many companies. In the facilitating of my branding process, this issue results in a major disconnect between management and employees. The result being: The rumor mill is the main source of information. 

And THAT damages the brand. It&#039;s being eaten away from the inside. (Maybe it was the inspiration for the Alien movie)</description>
