Vibe - I use Basecamp and also have Google Calendar email me my events everyday. Vlad - I don't use outsourcing due to a lack of knowledge, I have people that do very specific tasks for my business on a regular basis, this keeps my hands free for other things. In the long run the only problem that outsourcing solves is lack of knowledge and proper management, but does it, usually, at a premium.
