I have taken off my plate is all customer service communications with my clients, I have dedicated support staff that are there for my clients when I cannot be, and the one thing cool that I’ve noticed is that in no way has it changed my relationship with my clients. Actually if anything it’s enhanced my relationship with them because I often will pop on by to their project management just to say “hello, how are things going?”dedicated support staff that are there for my clients when I cannot be, and the one thing cool that I’ve noticed is that in no way has it changed my relationship with my clients.
This is very interesting post Vera. Sometimes in our life we have to choose only one thing, and that may be very tough decision. I hope your daughter recovers fully. Hope for the best. Never loose hope :)

Hi there Vera,

Hoping you great things for yourself and for your daughter. You are right, there are times that we need to consider strict prioritization. Though it is really hard to choose which is to eliminate, sometimes this also teach us the values of sacrificing. Though we all know that sacrifice is a great key in success (business, life etc.)

Excellent post, I'm going through something similar with my son. Your post really was helpful, I think you are right about letting go. I'm having to do the same thing. Best of luck with your daughter.

Wonderful post Vera, and I am so happy to read your daughter is in recovery. Recently my business has been getting stale so I have shaken every thing up, and am now learning and growing again. There is always room for improvement, but you are right, it is too easy to get on a buying kick, looking for ways to improve your business, when you often have the tools already, you just haven't put them into action yet. :)
