I must say that this is really what I have been searching for to help me in my work as an online business entrepreneur. Really good stuff. One thing that have been more and more important for me is to really focus on my work. It’s so easy today to become distracted by everything on the web so you have to have discipline throughout the day. That’s my main focus.

I agree that lurkers still have value. Whilst they may not be contributing they can boost the figures of your online community, which can in turn encourage others to join or to boost the premiums that you can charge for advertising on your community pages

Great advice. As someone who is just starting out with business online it’s great to have constructive tips. The comfort zone is one that i’m certainly wary of, its difficult to take those seemingly big risks sometimes even when you know they’ll benefit the business. You’ve definitely encouraged me to ‘take the jump’!

I could not agree more about investing in yourself. If a business, particularly an internet business is looking to expand, they need to look around them (virtually) and see what others are doing, look at new “pioneer-type” methods that are unproven, and take a chance.
