		<description>I can certainly relate to your first experience with public speaking. It was pretty much the same for me. What I have found helpful was joining my local toastmasters group. 

They allowed me to get to know them first before I had to make the first speech, it made the whole experience much easier to bear.</description>

		<description>I can definitely relate to your apprehension about public speaking.  I get extremely nervous when I have to do something like that.  With me, I just wish it was only my palms sweating.  For now I may just accept that it is simply not for me.  I do envy those who can use this skill to promote themselves or their business.</description>
