Just picked up a new Zen Micro. Black. 5gb. It was a toss-up between the iRiver, the iPod and the Zen. I wanted something that had voice recording capability (which they all do) so I could record podcasts on the fly. Going to give that a test-run very soon.
If you’re curious why I didn’t buy an iPod … and you are curious right? I’ve given it a lot of thought myself. iPod is a little more expensive, but not enough to keep me from buying it. I love the Apple brand and the iPod brand. But underneath all the coolness, something about Apple really bothers me.
Hmm … I’ll give it some more thought and try to articulate it later.
