Thank you for the comment!  You make some good points.  I do believe that a brand is built on the solid foundation of credibility and integrity.  With the right combination of marketing/branding, you can certainly generate significant inertia by positive word of mouth and shoestring marketing ideas alone, with a certain amount of luck thrown in.  :)</description>
