Bill,

I agree - The commitment and hard work a company do is often indeed overshadow (or over halo?) the end result ...

The key is to find ways to let the clients and customers 'see' the hard work and commitment. In themselves, they are a great marketing tool for a company.

Cheers!

If a customer likes you they will buy from you ,even if your price is slightly higher. If a customer doesn't like you they will buy nothing, even if your price is lower, and on top of that will tell others not to buy as well. Customer service, is where it's at today, in our society of long lineups and self service, a SMILE still goes a mile.
